Tsunami Warning lifted in the Philippines
Small Tsunami hit in Eastern Samar with 16 centimeter to 50 centimeter right after the quake that cause one dead due to panicked. According to PHIVOLS of Philippine survey its 7.6 magnitude.
After the quake the rain started most of the day.
